In many kitchens, it's difficult to place a radiator, or there can be few or no walls to place Wanpan or Elpan on. In this case, it is possible to install the panels on the base of the kitchen cabinets. The base needs to be at least 14 cm high to fit the Elpan or Wanpan heating panels.
